The name "1837" is a reference to the year Tiffany & Co. was founded, and the inspiration for the sneaker came from the jewelry brand's iconic Tiffany blue hue. The sneaker features a premium white leather upper with Tiffany Blue accents including the Nike swoosh, sockliner and Tiffany & Co. on the heel.
In addition, the sneakers featured details in 925 silver, another key element of the jewelry brand. The Tiffany & Co. was engraved on the tongue and insole, and the sneaker came with a special box that imitated Tiffany & Co.
