Return and Refund Policy – OX Sneakers

Welcome to OX Sneakers. We’re dedicated to offering authentic, high-quality sneakers and apparel to customers around the world. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final

All orders placed on OX Sneakers are final sale. Due to the exclusive nature of our products—many of which are limited edition or collectible—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds, except in rare cases described below or where required by law.


2. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct size, color, and style before completing the purchase.

  • Please refer to our product descriptions and sizing charts for guidance.

  • OX Sneakers is not liable for incorrect selections made by the customer or errors in the shipping address at checkout.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that arrives damaged or defective and Shipping Protection was added at checkout, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit. To file a claim:

  • Contact us at support@oxsneakers.com within:

    • 14 days of marked delivery, or

    • 30 days from the shipment date (if the package is lost)

  • Include your order number, detailed description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

Items with minor cosmetic issues (e.g., glue stains, creases, or box dents) are not considered defective.


4. Aged & Collectible Products

Some sneakers in our inventory are 5+ years old and considered collector’s items. These products may naturally show signs of aging, including:

  • Yellowing, cracking, or sole separation

  • Material or adhesive degradation

These items are sold as-is and are not guaranteed to be wearable. Use is at your own risk.


5. Optional Shipping Protection

At checkout, customers may choose Shipping Protection, a paid service that protects your order in the event of:

  • Loss during transit

  • Theft after shipment

  • Damage during delivery

If Shipping Protection is declined, OX Sneakers is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after the order is shipped.


6. Returned Shipments & Address Errors

If a package is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to retrieve the package from the courier or post office

The customer is responsible for:

  • Any return-to-sender fees

  • All additional shipping fees to resend the order

If the customer refuses to pay the reshipping fee, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund or credit will be issued.


7. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order is canceled by OX Sneakers prior to shipping (e.g., due to stock issues or payment concerns), or

  • Required by applicable laws in your country

In such cases, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


8. Processing & Pre-Orders

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days before shipping.

  • Pre-orders or limited-edition items may take up to 6 weeks to process and ship.


9. Currency and Taxes

  • Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies based on your location, including USD (U.S. Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound Sterling), or your local currency.

  • The final payment amount will be processed in the currency shown at checkout.

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as required by their country’s laws.

  • Shipping fees are estimates and may be adjusted if actual costs exceed the quoted amount, especially for oversized items.
