Shipping Policy – OX Sneakers

At OX Sneakers, we are committed to delivering your order securely and on time. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process and timelines.


Shipping Method

Standard Shipping (8 to 13 Business Days) – Free
All orders are shipped using our Standard Shipping service, which is completely free. Delivery typically takes 8 to 13 business days after your order is processed and shipped.


Fraud Verification Process

To protect our customers and prevent unauthorized transactions, every order undergoes a fraud verification check before shipping.
This may extend our usual processing time from 2–3 business days to up to 3–5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the security of your purchase.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days from the order date.

  • During peak times (sales, holidays), processing may extend slightly.

  • Orders are processed 7 days a week, but shipments only go out on business days. Orders cannot be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at support@oxsneakers.com. Once the order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.


Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been shipped, please allow:

  • 8 to 13 business days for delivery via Standard Shipping (Free)

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your destination country and local postal services.


Unexpected Delays

  • Customs processing, local holidays, and carrier-related issues may cause delays that are outside of our control.

  • If your package takes longer than expected, don’t hesitate to contact us so we can assist you.


Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.


International Shipping & Customs

  • We ship to most countries worldwide, including USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, and others.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Customs delays are not included in the estimated delivery time.


Shipping Protection (Optional)

  • At checkout, you may choose to purchase Shipping Protection, which covers your order in case of loss or damage during transit.

  • If Shipping Protection is not selected, OX Sneakers is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.


Incorrect Address / Returned Shipments

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect may incur a return-to-sender fee and reshipping charges.

  • If reshipping is not paid, the order may be considered forfeited without refund.


Currency and Billing

  • Prices may appear in USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, or your local currency, depending on your location.

  • Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates and may vary slightly depending on size, weight, and location.
